MS-143XD is a dry lubricant that enhances production efficiency by using a rapidly drying, VOC-exempt carrier solvent. It contains a high lubricity, low molecular weight PTFE fluoropolymer that doesn't interfere with finishing operations. It offers efficient, consistent release of molded parts, excellent lubricity, and is RoHS2 & RoHS3 compliant. It can be used to release various materials, including plastics, rubbers, resins, phenolics, acrylics, polycarbonates, urethanes, polystyrene, nylons, and elastomers.
