AeroShell Oil 100 is a straight mineral oil blended from selected high viscosity index base oils. This oil contains only a small amount of pour point depressant (which helps increase fluidity at very low temperatures) and an antioxidant, with no other additives.
AeroShell Oil 100 is approved for use in all aviation piston engines of civil aircraft when a non-dispersant additive oil is required; however, it should also be used during the introduction of a new aviation piston engine or one that has recently been overhauled.

AeroShell Oils 100 is built to fully meet SAE specification J-1966 (SAE 50 Grades respectively). The blending plants used to produce this oil also have the approval of specification authorities, which ensures that the high quality standard is maintained at all times.
