This is a 400ml size dual cartridge system with a 1: 1 mix ratio by volume. The main resin and hardener are stored in two chambers of the dual cartridge system, and then dispensed simultaneously through the static mixer where thorough mixing takes place. Plastic wiper pistons are included.

Static mixer nozzles are available in different volumes and different sizes with various mixing elements. One of the main benefits of the system is that the entire contents of the cartridge do not need to be mixed at the same time. The cartridge can be easily sealed and stored for further use without the material hardening. Packages include cartridge, wiper pistons and head gaskets. Cartridges are compatible with dual cartridge guns.

Dual cartridges are supplied in packs of 50 and contain 100 pistons of the correct size as well as the end cap gasket and threaded sleeve. Pistons are self-ventilated lip seal type. This allows the piston to be installed after the adhesive has been placed. Air exits through the vent hole for easy piston insertion. The vent plug is then clicked to seal.
